With our 30-Day Price Protection Guarantee, if the price of an eligible product you purchase drops within 30 days of your order date, we’ll refund you the difference.

That includes our major seasonal promotions, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

How It Works

If you purchase an eligible product directly from Mimi Beds and we advertise the identical product at a lower price on our website within 30 calendar days of your original purchase, you can request a refund for the difference.

The refund is calculated using the actual product price you paid, after applicable discounts, compared with the lower advertised product price.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible Products: Applies to regular products purchased directly from Mimi Beds at mimibeds.com.
  • 30-Day Window: The lower advertised price must occur within 30 calendar days of the original order date.
  • Identical Product: The product must match in model, size, colour, and specifications.
  • Seasonal Promotions: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other publicly advertised seasonal sales are included.
  • Original Purchaser: The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How Price Adjustments Are Calculated

Price adjustments are based on the final amount paid for the eligible product after any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers applied to the original purchase.

This amount is compared against the publicly advertised sale price of the identical product on the Mimi Beds website.

Important:

  • Discounts and promotional codes applied to your original purchase are included when determining your actual purchase price.
  • Additional coupons, vouchers, or discount codes cannot be combined with a later advertised sale price for the purpose of calculating a price adjustment.
  • If your original purchase price is equal to or lower than the advertised promotional price, no refund will be issued.
  • Price comparisons exclude taxes, shipping fees, and additional services. Any applicable tax adjustment will be calculated when the refund is processed.

Example: If you purchased a bed for $500 and used a $50 coupon, your effective purchase price is $450. If that same bed is advertised for $400 during Black Friday, you’ll receive a $50 price adjustment, plus any applicable tax adjustment.

How to Request Your Refund

  1. Contact Our Team: Email info@mimibeds.com with the subject “30-Day Price Protection.”
  2. Provide Your Order Number: Include your original order number and the product for which you’re requesting a price adjustment.
  3. Request During the Promotion: Submit your request while the lower advertised price is active and within 30 days of your original purchase, so our team can verify the promotional price.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once approved, we’ll refund the eligible difference to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Terms and Conditions

  • One-Time Adjustment: Each eligible product is entitled to one price adjustment within the 30-day period.
  • Excluded Offers: Clearance sales, liquidation sales, pricing errors, gift cards, and personalized or exclusive offers are excluded.
  • Bundles and Gifts: Special bundle pricing, complimentary gifts, and free-item promotions are not independently eligible for matching. Products purchased as part of a bundle are eligible only if Mimi Beds can establish a separate product price for comparison.
  • Promotional Coupons: Discounts requiring a separate coupon code, voucher, or personalized offer are not eligible as comparison prices.
  • Third-Party Retailers: This guarantee applies only to prices advertised directly on mimibeds.com and does not include third-party sellers or competing retailers.
  • Refund Method: Approved adjustments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Policy Updates: Mimi Beds reserves the right to amend or discontinue this policy. However, changes will not affect eligible purchases made while the guarantee was in effect.
  • Other Rights: This voluntary guarantee does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
