Bed is pretty, sturdy and my toddler really likes it.
Assembly is pretty time extensive as it took me more than 3 hours, but instructions were quite clear.
The only complaint I have is about the delivery. The package has been left outside, in the street… I could not carry it though the stairs as I’m alone with my toddler and it’s way too heavy. I had to open the package in the street to carry the wood pieces one by one, while leaving my toddler alone in the apartment

This bed is perfect in every way, easy to build, superb quality - so happy we bought it!

I had a good experience with Mimi Beds! My order arrived in just three days, much faster than expected. I did have a small issue with one of the parts not aligning properly, but I contacted customer service and they replied the same day. They were friendly and helpful, and resolved the issue in about a week.
