At Mimi Beds, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
45-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 45 days of delivery on all items in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. To be eligible, your item must be free of any signs of use, damage, or wear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make things right—whether that means a replacement part, a new item, or a refund.
Assembly Disclaimer
While our products are designed for easy at-home assembly, Mimi Beds is not responsible for any damage, injury, or issues that may occur during the assembly process. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper assembly by carefully following the provided instructions or by seeking professional assistance if needed.
General Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defects, please note the following:
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected.
- We recommend keeping your return tracking number for reference until the refund has been processed.
- Open-box items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Some items are final sale and non-returnable.
- After 45 days, we can no longer accept returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping fee and any applicable deductions if the item is returned as an open box, damaged or not in original condition.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Mattresses Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on mattresses. If you experience an issue with your item, please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
To maintain quality and safety for all our customers, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, assembled, or modified in any way
- Items not in their original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable)
- Any item returned more than 45 days after delivery
- Returns without prior authorization

Exchanges
In the case of exchanging an item, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order online. Please contact our Customer Care team within 45 days of the day your order was shipped to begin this process.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before it ships. We will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible.
