• Orders $50 and above: Free Shipping

For USA (USD):

• Orders under $36 USD = $7 USD
• Orders totaling $36 USD and above: Free Shipping

By adding Shipping Protection, you’ll receive:

• Free replacement or full refund if your item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

• Priority customer support, with < 24h response times

• Fast-track resolution, typically within 48h — no waiting for carrier investigations

If you opt out of Shipping Protection, we are unable to guarantee the same level of service and may require full carrier investigations before issuing any resolutions.

Shipping to Remote Locations:

While we do our best to offer free shipping across Canada, some remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur significantly higher shipping costs. In such cases, we may contact you after your order is placed to discuss potential shipping adjustments.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time:

We ship from our warehouses in Toronto and Vancouver, ensuring fast delivery across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.
