ARY House Bed

My daughter’s bed was assembled today and it’s very loud and squeaky when she moves. The side slats are already separated from the rails and the wooden sides are cracked. Along with that one of the screw locks cracked in two while putting it together

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered two weeks ago and our bed is still with the courier. We’ve canceled our order and are waiting for a refund but Mimi won’t issue it until they’ve received the bed in return. Zero customer support from Mimi, all messages from them seem to be from an AI bot. We will be disputing our charges with our credit card company. Would give 0/5 if I could.

One of the support wood pieces cracked during assembly. That was very disappointing. That same piece of wood is too thin and not sturdy enough, especially without the siderail support.

The bed looks nice but the quality is disappointing especially for the high price point.

I attempted to contact cussuppert but I keep getting an authentication error and can't send my issue to be looked at.

My 2 year olds new big girl bed and she absolutely loves it! Super solid bed! Her reaction to seeing it was priceless!
