Beautiful sturdy bed. Slightly wobbly if you leave the gate open but nothing dangerous unless your child literally climbs on the rail. Easy to assemble with 2 people. Received the mattress within 3 days and bedframe within 9 days. Customer service offered good follow up information on the order. Mattress kit includes a bamboo pillow and mattress protector.

We've purchased two beds from Mimi Beds and our kids genuinely love them. But what really stood out to us was the experience we had when things didn't go perfectly.

Our toddler had a little crash into one of the side rails and cracked an upright post near the bed entrance, these things happen! We reached out to the company not really knowing what to expect, and they were quick to respond, helped us identify the exact part that needed replacing, and sent a new one out to us without any fuss.

It means a lot when a company stands behind their product like that. The beds are great, but knowing the support is there if you need it makes the purchase feel even more worthwhile. We'd happily recommend Mimi Beds to other parents.

Nice bed and our kid really likes it. Overall, we’re happy with the purchase. Assembly was a bit challenging, especially the side rails, and the gate alignment is slightly off, which may bother very detail-oriented people. I also wish the screws had caps to cover them. That said, it’s a good product and we’re satisfied overall.

I’m in love with how it turned out. I was not expecting it to look this perfect. We finished building it last night took about 3 hours all together. Very impressed with the purchase and love how customer service dealt with my concerns and questions.

I spent a lot of time searching for a floor bed with high rails, a slightly elevated design, and a gate. After comparing several options and reading the reviews, we decided to preorder this one.

It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but we weren’t in a rush. Throughout the process, I reached out to customer support a few times and always received quick, helpful responses.

Once we received the shipping notification, the bed arrived within a day or two. Unfortunately, the shipping box was damaged during delivery, but thankfully the bed itself wasn’t damaged. We also discovered that two bolts were missing. I contacted customer support again, and they were incredibly responsive. They shipped replacement bolts right away with no hassle.

The bed was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and our son absolutely loves it—especially being able to open and close the gate himself.

Overall, we’re very happy with both the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend this bed and this company to anyone looking for a quality floor bed for their child.
