Not as Expected

I was really excited to have this on our registry but after building it, I would've looked elsewhere for a floor bed. One side of the bed the rails did not fit so we had to drill into the holes to make them deeper. I would recommend that they change this and have the rails already installed because this was not an easy build. The bed also creaks a lot and the quality of the wood isn't great either.

Got delayed twice

When I first placed the order, it was pre-order with the expected ship date was 5/1. Past the date and I reached out to inquire and they said it got delayed to mid May. My due was early June so I just decided to wait. Again, when it was past Mid May, I never heard back from them so reached out to inquire. They said it’s got delayed to Mid June now.

First, I can’t even rely on this June date, and was very upset that I never got any delay notice at all. The system is very unorganized and don’t recommend this purchase at all!

Place an order after about a month with no shipping we reached out. Was told it would take another month. Waited another month and reached out, and was told it would be another month. So frustrating.

A Game-Changer for Our Baby’s Sleep

We’ve had such a great experience with our Mimi Bed. Not only is it beautiful and well-made, but it’s honestly been a lifesaver for our baby, who really struggles to fall asleep independently. Since using it, bedtime has become so much smoother and less stressful.
We did run into a small issue early on, but the customer support team was fantastic, quick to respond, helpful and genuinely cared about making things right. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Overall, we’re really happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend it to other parents going through tough sleep stages.

As expected!

Beautiful sturdy bed. Slightly wobbly if you leave the gate open but nothing dangerous unless your child literally climbs on the rail. Easy to assemble with 2 people. Received the mattress within 3 days and bedframe within 9 days. Customer service offered good follow up information on the order. Mattress kit includes a bamboo pillow and mattress protector.
